Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Brinztech Cyber Guardian is seeking a full‑time Information Technology Support Specialist to work on‑site in Dubai. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to end users, handling hardware, software and basic network issues while ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage and resolve help‑desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade desktop computers and peripherals.
• Perform system updates, patches and routine maintenance.
• Document solutions, procedures and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to maintain security best practices and improve IT operations.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

Required skills

• Technical support and help‑desk experience.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network environments.
• Hands‑on experience with desktop computer installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Basic network administration knowledge.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ (advantageous).
