Infrastructure Project Manager (UAE)

About the role

An experienced Project Manager is sought to lead and oversee infrastructure construction projects in the UAE, ensuring delivery within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards and safety requirements. The position is based in Dubai and is open to South African or German nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover.
• Oversee site operations, project schedules, budgets, resources and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and health and safety compliance.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications and UAE authority requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and give regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and associated infrastructure works.
• Previous UAE infrastructure experience is essential, preferably on projects for Emirates-related entities.
• South African or German nationality preferred.
