Infrastructure Projects Manager

About the role

Union Properties is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Projects Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure works across its developments in Dubai. The role is pivotal in ensuring that roads, utilities, and network services are built to the highest standards and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, networks and related services.
• Lead design reviews, coordinate with consultants and obtain approvals from authorities such as DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU and Dubai Municipality.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements for existing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and authority requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and quality, providing regular reporting.
• Support handover, testing, commissioning and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects in Dubai.
• Proven relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
