In‑House Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced in‑house Recruiter to join our Dubai team. You will own end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment across a diverse range of corporate and commercial roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong candidates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level positions, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and closing.
• Handle a high volume of vacancies simultaneously, prioritising multiple hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate profiles and provide market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Experience managing 15+ active roles at a time.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, sales and commercial functions; construction experience is a plus.
