Inside Sales - Renewals Specialist, Security Systems

About the role

The PSA Renewals Specialist manages and secures renewals of existing service contracts for security systems customers, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of PSA contracts, engage customers before expiry, and present tailored renewal solutions.
• Prepare and issue renewal quotations, follow up, negotiate, and ensure maximum renewal retention.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, conduct regular outreach, and coordinate issue resolution with service teams.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and convert lapsed contracts.
• Maintain accurate renewal opportunities in CRM, provide forecasts, and monitor contract expiration dates.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Finance to coordinate amendments and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales or customer support experience, preferably in security systems solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP).
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV & video surveillance, and security service agreements.
