Inside Sales & Social Media Executive (Dubai) – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team. The role supports both sales and marketing functions by handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and managing our social media presence to boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and update daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for order processing.
• Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content, posts, reels, and captions.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries on social platforms.
• Run basic paid ad campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales, or social media (freshers welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and presentable with a customer‑focused attitude.
