Inside Sales & Social Media Executive (Dubai) – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team. The role supports both the sales and marketing functions by handling customer enquiries, following up leads, and managing our social media presence to boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from prospects.
• Follow up leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain the CRM system and update daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for order processing.
• Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create and schedule posts, reels and captions using Canva and other tools.
• Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries on social platforms.
• Run basic paid Meta ads, monitor performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (freshers welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, customer‑focused with a good phone manner.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
