Inside Sales Specialist – ELV & ICT Industry

About the role

Powerlink IT & Security Solutions L.L.C. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales, renewals and customer relationship management across its ELV system integration, ICT support services and security infrastructure business lines in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close AMC sales and renewals while ensuring structured customer follow‑up.
• Manage inside sales activities for ELV system integration and ICT support services.
• Build and maintain strong customer communication and relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Support the sales team in identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in the ELV and ICT industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in AMC sales, renewals and customer follow‑up.
• Strong customer relationship management and proposal preparation abilities.
• Confident, target‑oriented, self‑motivated and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• ELV (Low‑voltage) systems knowledge.
• ICT solutions understanding.
