About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay, handling check‑in/check‑out, operational needs, guest requests and local area highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational tasks and complete reports.
- Address guest requests and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain safety standards, company policies, confidentiality and professional appearance.
- Move about the property and perform duties as needed.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform compliance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods.
