Insights & Competitive Intelligence Manager (Remote)

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Insights and Competitive Intelligence Manager to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work remotely, shaping AI‑generated content for competitive landscape decks, market sizing models, battlecards, benchmarking reports, and pricing matrices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine AI‑generated competitive positioning decks and market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) models.
• Create win/loss analyses, competitor battlecards, and pricing/feature comparison matrices.
• Produce industry benchmarking, trend reports, and survey summaries for stakeholders.
• Ensure high‑quality document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of market research, competitive intelligence, or industry benchmarking in an agency, consulting, or in‑house strategy role.
• Proven experience building market sizing models, battlecards, or pricing comparison matrices that inform go‑to‑market or product decisions.
• Expert‑level written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
