Institutional Relations & Communications Manager

About the role

Italiacamp, an impact organization promoting Made in Italy excellence, is expanding its presence in the UAE. Reporting to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO, the Institutional Relations & Communications Manager will enhance the organisation’s visibility, reputation and stakeholder engagement across government, academic and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage institutional relations with government bodies, embassies, trade associations, universities and other key institutions.
• Implement the digital communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all social media platforms and professional networks.
• Coordinate external agencies responsible for content creation, digital PR and social media campaigns, maintaining the organisation’s tone of voice.
• Oversee production of digital content such as articles, posts and newsletters, guaranteeing quality and cultural relevance.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends and identify opportunities to boost online visibility and institutional reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR or institutional relations, preferably in an international context.
• Ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with public and private entities and the media.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, cultural dynamics and business etiquette.
• Excellent public speaking, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Arabic knowledge is a strong plus.
