Instore Visual Merchandiser - Sports Retail

About the role

Responsible for delivering effective visual merchandising of the store, ensuring compelling layouts and window displays that reflect brand identity and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute mannequin styling in line with VP directives and current trends.
• Create wall and table visual displays that showcase innovation and creativity.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of key investments, best sellers and seasonal looks.
• Manage POP and mannequins, including identification, storage, returns and care.
• Support back‑of‑house management to service the sales floor, including signage.
• Make VM decisions based on business acumen and performance data.
• Contribute to photo reports and visual records of VM updates and campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives by reviewing visual activity delivery against schedules.
• Manage and implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs.
• Execute campaigns and events alongside agencies, ensuring correct implementation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of relevant visual merchandising experience.
• Strong product and brand knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Creativity and an eye for visual detail.
