About the role
We are seeking an Insurance Executive to support property underwriting activities in Dubai, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and delivering high‑quality service to brokers, clients and reinsurers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting property risks, reviewing submissions, surveys and claims experience.
- Prepare quotations, endorsements and renewal terms, and coordinate with brokers, clients, reinsurers and internal teams.
- Support facultative reinsurance placements and underwriting referrals.
- Maintain underwriting records and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Assist in portfolio monitoring and renewal management initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management or a related discipline.
- 2‑5 years of experience in general insurance, preferably property underwriting.
- UAE or regional experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
