About the role
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our AI technology consultancy in Abu Dhabi. You will connect AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing, contact‑centre, messaging and voice platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable integrations between AI agents and business systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and event‑driven workflows.
Required profile
- 4+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zoho or similar CRM solutions.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and event‑driven integrations.
- Production‑grade experience with Python or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, WhatsApp Business, speech services, Azure or AWS is a plus.
