Integration Manager

About the role

The Integration Manager will drive alignment and coordination across Abu Dhabi Ports’ business units and functions, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time and to scope. This role acts as a central hub for cross‑functional collaboration, risk monitoring, and escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across business units to align on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support planning and execution of cross‑functional projects and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain consolidated trackers, action logs, implementation plans and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and issues, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and working groups, preparing agendas, materials, minutes and action points.
• Identify coordination gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Document key decisions, actions and scope changes, and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular progress updates and management reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, STEM or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in strategic initiative management, business integration, project/program management or similar.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation and reporting skills.
• Previous people‑management or team‑leadership experience preferred.
