Interior Designer Sales – Luxury Villa Fit‑Outs

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with strong sales capabilities to lead luxury villa renovation and interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role blends creative design work with end‑to‑end sales management, from client consultation to project confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand their design vision and translate requirements into creative concepts, mood boards and material selections.
• Conduct site visits, prepare design presentations and handle client discussions, objections and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, BOQs and project proposals.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit‑out or luxury residential projects.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing villa or high‑end residential work.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑handling skills with a sales mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Max.
• Ability to create mood boards, sketches and conceptual layouts.
