Internal Control and Business Support Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager of Internal Control and Business Support is responsible for financial effect analysis, automation of reporting using BI tools, and overseeing the internal controls framework and enterprise risk management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling for Financial Effect Analysis (FEA) and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for management decision‑making and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Department of Health, insurers and other stakeholders on pricing and costing of services and projects.
• Act as primary finance contact on expansion projects, tracking expenses against budgets.
• Develop, automate and maintain BI reports (e.g., Qlik Sense) and train end‑users.
• Maintain and update the internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) framework and monitor compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or CFA.
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in a similar finance role, preferably in a large healthcare facility.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and cost analysis.
• Business Intelligence tools, specifically Qlik Sense.
• Automation of reporting processes.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and enterprise risk management.
