International Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

Reliance Consultancy LLC is seeking an International Facilities Operations Manager to lead and coordinate facilities and client support services across its global portfolio. You will ensure high‑quality, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery of health & safety, space planning, office services, and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of commercial building facilities worldwide, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and best‑practice adoption to enhance service value.
• Manage health & safety, space planning, office welfare, and asset protection programs.
• Lead building maintenance, asset management, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international facilities and client support management for commercial buildings.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external clients.
• Demonstrated track record in change management, lateral thinking, and challenging the status quo.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and cost‑effectiveness.
