International Tax Consultant – Remote (US Tax Law)

About the role

We are seeking a remote International Tax Consultant to support a leading technology company in training next‑generation AI models. The contractor will apply deep knowledge of U.S. tax statutes to ensure the AI system receives accurate, high‑quality legal input.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse U.S. tax statutes, regulations and related legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret complex provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations, highlighting statutory exceptions and nuances.
• Provide detailed feedback on legal language to improve AI model understanding of tax law.
• Summarise key tax provisions for use in training datasets and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualise tax concepts within broader AI applications.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. tax law and statutory interpretation.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience reviewing legal documents, preferably in taxation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in interpreting the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
