International Tax Manager – UAE Family Office

About the role

The International Tax Manager will report to the senior management team and lead all tax accounting and filing activities for a Dubai‑based family office. The role ensures full compliance with UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations while supporting broader finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax accounting, corporate tax and VAT compliance under the Federal Tax Authority.
• Manage month‑end close, reconciliation and consolidation of statutory accounts.
• Maintain intercompany accounts and ensure adherence to IFRS.
• Prepare schedules for tax returns, audits and statutory reporting.
• Own reporting controls and support finance projects, policy improvements, system reviews and MIS reporting tools.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in tax and compliance, preferably with Big Four advisory exposure.
• Experience in an in‑house corporate environment is a distinct advantage.
• UAE‑based experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to manage audit processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
