Inventory Controller

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to oversee stock levels, maintain accurate records and support the retail network in Dubai. The role involves daily reporting, discrepancy resolution and coordination with warehouses and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of stock quantity, value, sales and in/out transactions, and prepare daily Stock‑On‑Hand (SOH) reports for all locations.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, process stock‑out movements between warehouse and stores, and maintain product master data including item creation.
• Conduct monthly hardware stock‑take, verify physical counts, adjust errors and generate reports on price lists, damages, shortages and depleted items.
• Communicate with retail outlets on delivery or ordering issues, place product orders as needed, and report stock problems to management.
• Perform regular spot‑checks, implement inventory control procedures, and ensure property security and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant/Inventory Controller and at least 2 years experience using SAP in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and strong clerical, detail‑oriented skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
