Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Dubai. You will manage day‑to‑day inventory operations, ensure accurate stock movement, and support billing and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to daily requirements.
• Prepare bills and generate invoices accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain stock control.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies and update records.
• Maintain Excel‑based stock sheets, data entry and simple reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory, warehouse or store operations (Kerala or UAE preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work flexible shift timings, with weekly off on Sunday.
• Physical fitness for picking, packing and floor work.
• Immediate joiners preferred; Malayalam speaking is a plus.

Required skills

• MS Excel – data entry, simple formulas, stock sheets.
• Familiarity with billing/invoicing procedures.
• Attention to detail for accurate stock counting and auditing.
• Basic numerical and record‑keeping abilities.
• Good communication in English and/or Malayalam.
• Exposure to inventory/warehouse software (ERP, POS) is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month, based on experience.
• Full‑time permanent position with weekly off on Sunday.
