Investigations Analyst

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Analyst – Investigations to join its Security team. The role supports internal and external investigations, risk assessments, and compliance activities for the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources to support investigative operations.
• Compile intelligence data, maintain daily logs, and research incidents to identify crime patterns.
• Prepare clear reports for internal and external stakeholders and keep investigations management updated on project status.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies, preserve evidence, and utilize digital tools and databases for analysis.
• Assist the Investigations Manager with administrative tasks, special projects, and day‑to‑day functions.
• Conduct risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and monitor industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of intelligence analyst experience.
• Age 21 years or older.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with executive leaders.
