Investment Banking Associate – MENA Coverage

About the role

Join Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division in Dubai as an Associate, working on MENA coverage. You will support senior bankers on a variety of corporate finance transactions and interact directly with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, and strategic advisory.
• Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
• Provide rapid and accurate market judgments to colleagues and clients.
• Mentor and role‑model Analysts, promoting team culture.

Required profile

• Top‑class Master’s degree or overseas equivalent in finance or a related field from a leading university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience.
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Positive, highly motivated individual with strong leadership and management qualities.
• Commitment to professional ethics, regulatory environment, and high‑quality work product.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyse and value businesses.
