Investment Solutions Manager

About the role

The Investment Solutions Manager will lead the design and presentation of tailored investment options for high‑net‑worth clients within the Elite and Private Banking segment of Commercial Bank of Dubai. You will combine market research, product analysis and portfolio construction to help clients understand their choices and associated risks while complying with the bank’s policy of not providing direct financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and present a range of investment solutions that match the unique goals of high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Conduct market research and analyse investment products to build comprehensive portfolios.
• Maintain and grow investment relationships with customers and distribution channels.
• Collaborate regularly with relationship managers to share knowledge and generate business opportunities.
• Achieve fee income, sales and assets‑under‑management (AUM) targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk appetite and regulatory requirements, including PEP identification.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in investment solutions, wealth management or related banking functions.
• Strong understanding of global capital markets, macro‑economic trends and investment products.
• Proven ability to manage high‑net‑worth client relationships and drive business development.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
