About the role

WESGREEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL in Sharjah is seeking an enthusiastic Islamic A&B Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will help create an engaging and inspiring learning environment for secondary‑level students.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Islamic A&B curriculum and related activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students.

Required profile

  • Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of teaching experience at secondary level.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Valid teacher‑qualifying certification.
  • Native Arabic speaker with very good written and spoken English.
  • Holder of a sponsor visa is preferred.
  • MOE TLS license is a plus.

Required skills

  • Strong commitment to teaching and learning with solid subject knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Proficient use of IT tools to support instruction.
