IT Administrator (UAE Local) - Abu Dhabi

About the role

A growing organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator. The successful candidate will support the company's IT infrastructure, maintain systems and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. The role is open to Emirati nationals who want to develop their career in IT support and system administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems promptly.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and security settings.
• Perform regular system updates, backups and maintenance.
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures and data protection practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and keep records of IT assets and procedures.
• Guide staff on the use of IT systems and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi as a UAE local.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, system configuration and IT security.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
