IT Desk Support Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an IT Desk Support Analyst to provide hands‑on, end‑user support for our Dubai office. You will join the IT Operations team that keeps the environment reliable, secure and well‑supported, working with platforms such as Jamf, Okta and Google Workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier‑1 deskside support for Mac hardware, software and corporate tools, escalating to Tier‑2 when required.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing devices and accounts for new joiners and handling leaver steps.
• Operate and maintain the office IT estate, including meeting‑room AV equipment, local connectivity and physical assets.
• Manage devices through Jamf MDM – enrollment, standard software deployment and routine actions.
• Handle identity and access tasks using Okta and Google Workspace in line with policy.
• Process tickets in the queue, meet agreed service levels and keep users informed.
• Maintain accurate asset records and contribute to inventory management.
• Participate in an on‑call rota and provide occasional out‑of‑hours support for regional offices.
• Escalate platform configuration, policy changes or engineering issues to the Secure Engineering team.

Required profile

• Experience delivering Tier‑1 IT support in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working with Mac computers and corporate productivity suites.
• Ability to follow documented processes for onboarding, off‑boarding and ticket handling.
• Willingness to join an on‑call rotation and provide occasional out‑of‑hours assistance.
