IT Engineer – Networking and Infrastructure

About the role

The IT Engineer (Networking and Infrastructure) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will configure, maintain and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and monitor switches, routers, firewalls and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues, providing technical support to internal users.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates and documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects and improvements, and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Required profile

• Strong networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN configuration and management.
• Experience with network security measures such as firewalls and access controls.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
