IT Executive

About the role

We are seeking an IT Executive to manage daily IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and end‑user support for a business in Dubai. The role is on‑site and involves configuring office computers, overseeing software deployment, managing server operations, and ensuring data security across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT systems, server operations, and hardware maintenance across office environments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Manage software installations, system updates, driver configurations, and software licensing.
• Implement IT security protocols, backup management, and data protection practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve hardware/software glitches, and provide user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Prior experience in IT support or system administration (advantageous).
• Strong hardware and Windows troubleshooting skills.
