IT Executive

About the role

Join our dynamic team as an IT Executive, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. You will work onsite, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day technology operations for staff and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and IT equipment, including laptops.
• Monitor and maintain company networks and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot computer system issues and coordinate with vendors or higher‑level support as needed.
• Ensure daily data backups, disaster recovery readiness, and adherence to IT security protocols.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account management and access control.
• Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
• Manage CCTV systems and set up POS machines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with networking technologies (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite role.
• Preferred experience in the UAE.
