IT Executive – On‑site Lead for Dubai Office

About the role

Aman Group is seeking an IT Executive to act as the on‑site technology lead for its Dubai corporate office. Reporting to the IT Technical Infrastructure Manager (EMEA), you will provide day‑to‑day support, manage devices, and administer the global Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support for all users, handling incidents, service requests and hardware troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID) and manage licensing, permissions and user accounts.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment, ensuring meeting rooms are ready for hybrid events.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives: MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment and Windows Autopilot.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, procurement, warranty claims and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning and IT inductions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of corporate IT support or desktop administration experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑site environments.
• Proven ability to operate as the primary IT presence in an office.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and confidence working with senior executives.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Microsoft Intune, device compliance, application deployment and Windows Autopilot.
• Windows 10/11 administration; macOS, iOS/Android support.
• Identity and access management (MFA, conditional access, role‑based access).
• Endpoint security concepts and basic networking fundamentals.
• PowerShell scripting for automation (desirable).
