IT Executive – Technical Support & POS/Cashier Operations

About the role

The IT Executive will provide technical support across Al Faneim’s UAE sites while managing point‑of‑sale (POS) and cashier operations. This hybrid role blends system administration with hands‑on billing and cash handling to ensure smooth daily retail activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, and basic CCTV setups.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform data backups, and configure software applications.
• Operate and oversee POS billing systems, process daily cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support end‑users and ensure reliable connectivity across multiple locations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Basic degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Familiarity with POS systems, billing software and elementary accounting concepts.
• Strong numerical ability, clear communication and the capacity to multitask.
