IT Helpdesk Support (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused IT Helpdesk Support professional (UAE National) to provide first‑line technical assistance to employees across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and supporting the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals; respond to tickets, calls, emails and walk‑ins.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application problems; escalate complex issues to specialised teams.
• Set up, configure and deploy computers, monitors, printers and other equipment; manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and perform password resets and software installations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, VPN, LAN) and assist with routine system maintenance and monitoring.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, maintain asset records and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL) are a plus.
