About the role
Genpharm, a Dubai-based healthcare company focused on rare diseases and specialty healthcare across the MENA region, is offering a 2-month IT internship for students and recent graduates. The role gives practical experience applying IT knowledge to everyday tasks, builds troubleshooting and ticketing skills, and develops communication and coordination abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Keep IT records accurate: support data entry, maintain IT asset records and organise and update IT documentation.
- Provide Level 1 support for basic hardware, software and user queries, log and follow up on tickets and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers: support quotations, deliveries and follow-ups with IT hardware suppliers as required.
Required profile
- Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Attention to detail, clear communication and a willingness to learn.
