IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will provide technical support and oversee all IT systems for the resort property in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Corporate IT Support Manager and dotted‑line to the General Manager, the role ensures reliable workstation, printer, network, server and backup operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers and related hardware across the resort.
• Administer local servers, monitor network performance, manage security, safety and backup procedures.
• Support property staff on PMS and POS systems, including F&B, Spa and Retail modules.
• Assemble, disassemble, repair and decommission computers, and manage operating system updates.
• Supervise user access, vendor activities and enforce company IT policies.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventories and a clean, safe work environment.
• Administer GWR software licences and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams and other resorts on projects and support tasks.
• Prioritise projects, balance the IT budget and plan future hardware purchases.
• Deliver user training sessions and handle miscellaneous IT projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, network and server administration within a hospitality or resort setting.
• Ability to manage hardware inventories, budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently on‑site.
