IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the IT department, shaping strategy and overseeing all technology operations to support iTalent’s business objectives in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop, implement and maintain IT policies, procedures and security standards.
• Lead selection and quality control of new software solutions, including CRM and ERP systems.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate IT staff to ensure high performance.
• Oversee hardware, software and overall infrastructure maintenance.
• Conduct IT audits, assess outcomes and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare the annual IT budget and monitor cost effectiveness.
• Handle additional IT‑related duties delegated by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least ten years of IT experience, with five years in a managerial role.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Certified Novell Engineer (CNE).
• Experience with desktop and server remote management solutions.
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Project management and implementation of CRM/ERP/CPM systems.
• Expertise in IT security, disaster recovery and backup strategies.
