IT Manager – Systems & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a strategic IT leader to design, implement and manage our end‑to‑end IT infrastructure across the UAE, KSA and India. The role focuses on system administration, AWS cloud services, enterprise networking and VMware virtualization, ensuring high availability and security of all critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Lead AWS cloud strategy, deploy and maintain EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda and related services.
• Design and operate LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs and Cisco/Fortinet/Sophos security devices.
• Oversee VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, patch management and performance optimisation.
• Drive infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure and networking within large MNCs.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Microsoft 365.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and hybrid cloud architecture.
• Strong background in enterprise networking and virtualization technologies.
