IT Officer – IT Infrastructure

About the role

Cloud Spaces is seeking an IT Officer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise its IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for staff and clients. You will be responsible for system reliability, network security, and technical support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise servers, PCs, printers and security software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Implement and manage backup processes for reliable data storage and recovery.
• Install, configure and maintain networks, servers and software applications.
• Manage security programmes, including antivirus, anti‑spyware and password policies.
• Provide desktop support in person, by phone or remote desktop.
• Set up user accounts, manage profiles and resolve password issues.
• Document technical procedures and liaise with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle multiple cases.
