IT Officer – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

As an IT Officer at Cloud Spaces, you will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems that support our premium workspace environments. You will provide technical support to staff and clients, maintain network security, and manage hardware and software upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise servers, PCs, printers and security software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes.
• Implement and manage backup processes, ensuring reliable data storage and recovery.
• Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure and enforce security policies, including antivirus and spyware protection.
• Provide desktop support in person, by phone or remote desktop, including OS and application installations.
• Set up user accounts, manage profiles and handle password‑related issues.
• Document technical procedures, conduct electrical safety checks and liaise with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Experience with IT help‑desk support and ticketing systems preferred.
