IT Operations Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to ensure smooth daily IT operations for our employees in Dubai. You will manage access, devices, software, and security processes, providing reliable support and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee access to company systems, including creation, modification, suspension, and removal.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, ensuring accounts, devices, and software are ready on schedule.
• Administer software subscriptions, licenses, and user accounts.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for logins, permissions, accounts, laptops, and other technical issues.
• Support basic IT security practices such as MFA, password policies, admin rights, and regular access reviews.
• Maintain inventory of laptops and other equipment, overseeing assignment, setup, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared drives.
• Document IT processes, track requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify and escalate IT or security risks, and support simple system integrations and automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, operations, or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to manage user access, SaaS applications, software licenses, and company devices.
• Good understanding of basic IT security principles (MFA, access controls, permissions).
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site.
• Strong problem‑solving, detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized approach.
