About the role
One&Only One Za'abeel, a new all-encompassing resort in Dubai, is looking for an IT Specialist. The role ensures the smooth operation of all technology systems across the resort, working closely with various departments so that IT services, networks and applications stay secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to colleagues
- Maintain hardware and software infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Assist in implementing new technologies that improve operational efficiency and guest experiences
Required profile
- Proactive and service-oriented IT professional with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks and technical support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Previous experience in IT support, system administration or hospitality technology environments is an advantage
