About the role
The Information Technology Supervisor will oversee the operation, maintenance and improvement of the hotel’s information and telecommunications systems, ensuring reliable service for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software, systems and client/server environments.
- Provide technical guidance, recommendations and process improvements to address business needs.
- Enter commands and operate computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and run systems.
- Maintain applications, user accounts and detailed records of communication transactions, problems and remedial actions.
- Train users on proper hardware and software usage.
- Plan, design, operate, maintain and allocate resources for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
- Consult and advise on administrative policies, technical priorities and methods related to telecommunications.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
