IT Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an IT Supervisor to join our hospitality team in Dubai. In this role you will lead the troubleshooting and maintenance of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications systems, ensuring smooth daily operations for our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across software applications, hardware devices, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve business processes.
• Manage user accounts, application support, and POS system operations.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and system changes.
• Train end‑users on proper use of hardware, software, and telecommunications tools.
• Coordinate planning, design, and maintenance of client/server and telecom resources.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in IT support or related technical roles.
• Technical or vocational education background.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
