IT Support & Automation Specialist

About the role

As an IT Support & Automation Specialist you will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment while driving continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows. The role blends hands‑on end‑user support with systems integration, low‑code automation and website administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and related workplace technologies.
• Manage user accounts, devices, onboarding/offboarding and device compliance via the IT service management platform.
• Support and maintain integrations between core platforms such as Microsoft 365, Personio, Float and Jira.
• Troubleshoot APIs, REST calls, OAuth flows and automated workflows to ensure reliable performance.
• Develop low‑code automations (e.g., n8n, Power Automate) to streamline business processes.
• Administer the corporate WordPress site, handling updates, user management and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to documentation, version control, deployment activities and the adoption of AI‑powered tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication and data‑mapping concepts.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Power Automate.
• Basic proficiency with Git and CI/CD principles.
• Experience administering WordPress sites and basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Python knowledge is highly desirable.
