IT Support Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a service‑oriented IT Support Engineer to maintain and support daily technology operations for its Dubai office. You will provide timely technical assistance to employees, ensuring reliable IT services across hardware, software, and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and IT‑related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, applications, and network equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and connectivity problems.
• Set up user and email accounts, manage devices, and install required software.
• Monitor basic network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation, perform system updates, security checks, and regular maintenance tasks.
• Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and manage IT support requests within defined timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in an IT Support or Technician role.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues and work under pressure.
