About the role
TLRone is looking for an IT Support Engineer based in Dubai to support users at law firms, clinics and offices across the city. The work mostly mixes remote support from the service desk with on-site visits to client sites to set up devices, fix issues and keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve support tickets by phone, email, chat and remote session
- Set up laptops, printers, phones and new user accounts
- Manage Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint for client users
- Visit client sites for installations and hands-on fixes
- Keep tickets, asset records and documentation up to date
Required profile
- 2+ years in IT support or a helpdesk role
- Clear communication and a patient, customer-first attitude
- Valid UAE driving licence
Required skills
- Strong Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 skills
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, switches)
