IT Support Officer – Dubai

About the role

Versatile Group is seeking a motivated IT Support Officer to join its growing IT team in Dubai. Reporting to the IT Systems Lead, you will provide first‑level support for Microsoft 365 and a suite of SaaS applications across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australian offices, ensuring employees have reliable access to technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Log, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests using Jira.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop, hardware, software and user‑access issues.
• Manage user lifecycle activities such as onboarding, off‑boarding, account provisioning and device deployment.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and stakeholders regarding support tickets.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, user guides and support procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and user experience.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver consistent support across multiple locations.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 technologies (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Windows operating systems and end‑user devices.
• Ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
• Fundamentals of networking and IT security best practices.
