IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for our technology teams. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top IT talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and IT headhunting campaigns.
• Utilise job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain and optimise applicant tracking system (ATS) data and workflows.
• Design compensation structures and oversee the offer acceptance process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring needs with business goals.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
