About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced DCDP to join the KIGO team at Four Seasons DIFC in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑end Japanese restaurant service and ensuring guest satisfaction. The DCDP will coordinate front‑of‑house operations, manage guest interactions, and support the culinary team to maintain the brand’s standards. Fundamental Hospitality is a leading UAE hospitality group with a portfolio of acclaimed concepts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within high‑end Japanese restaurant concepts.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
